The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour and grandeur on 15th August 2024. The school campus echoed with pride and national spirit as students, staff, and guests gathered to honour the nation’s journey to freedom.
Mr. Suresh Babu, the Guest of Honour, unfurled the National flag and took the salute at a well-coordinated NCC parade, showcasing the discipline and dedication of our young cadets. The parade reflected the commitment and pride with which our students uphold the values of the nation.
The celebrations continued with a vibrant cultural programme, meticulously organized by the Scouts, Guides, and School Cadets. Through songs, dances, and skits, students paid tribute to the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and celebrated the unity in diversity that defines India.
Mr. Suresh Babu, the Guest of Honour, expressed his appreciation for the students’ outstanding display of talents and patriotism. In his address, he commended the school authorities and teachers for their dedicated efforts in grooming responsible, talented, and civic-minded youth through platforms like NCC, Scouts, and Guides.
The celebration concluded with the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with a sense of pride and unity.
