The Investiture Ceremony of our school was held on July 28, 2025. The Chief Guest for the event was Rev. Fr. David Adaikalam, Director and Novice Master of the Holy Cross Novitiate, Yercaud. The programme started with the hoisting of the National and School flags by the Chief Guest and the Principal respectively. The School band played the National Anthem adding the solemnity of the occasion.
Fr. David honoured and invested the newly selected School Pupil Leaders from the Primary and Higher Secondary sections. He also invested the House Leaders of Cheran, Chozhan and Pandiyan houses. After that, the Class Leaders took their oath of office, promising to carry out their duties with honesty and dedication.
Students gave inspiring speeches in Tamil and English about good leaders. The Chief Guest, in his address, appreciated the student leaders and encouraged them to do their best in all their responsibilities. Our Principal, Rev. Bro. George KJ, congratulated the newly appointed leaders and motivated them to lead by example and serve the school with commitment and sincerity. He also reminded them with an inspiring message that Leadership is not about power, it’s about purpose. He also encouraged the girl students to take up leadership with confidence and be good role models for others. The function concluded with a school song.
